Return Policy

       At SeenSouq, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to   provide high-quality products and reliable service. However, if you   receive a damaged or defective product, please read our return policy   carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

    A product is eligible for return only under the following conditions:

i.   The product is damaged, broken, or not working properly at the           time of delivery.

ii.  The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

iii.  Any return request made after 24 hours of delivery will not be                accepted under any circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

i.   Change of mind.

ii.  Wrong product ordered by the customer.

iii. Minor color or design differences due to lighting or screen                         resolution.

     Any issue reported after 24 hours of delivery.

3. Condition of Returned Product

i.   To be eligible for a return:

ii.  The product must be unused.

iii. It must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories,         manuals, and free items.

4. Return Process

    To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support              team with:

i.   Your order number

ii.   Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage

     Once verified, our team will guide you through the return or                     replacement process.

5. Replacement

i.   If the claim is approved, we will offer replacement depending on             product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

i.   If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, Seen Souq           will bear the return shipping cost.

ii.   In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Final Decision

      Seen Souq reserves the right to accept or reject any return request        after inspection of the product.
